Home Fires -The Fan Man will not be responsible for errors in pricing that appear on our website, and Home Fires – The Fan Man reserves the right to correct any printing / publication errors.
Home Fires – The Fan Man will notify the customer in the event of a pricing error on our website before an order is delivered and the customer will have the opportunity to cancel the order within a reasonable time frame.
Goods remain the property of Home Fires – The Fan Man until payment is made in full.
Delivery Costs
Free delivery is available for orders over $199 – this applies to Sydney Metro area only.
Some large orders and bulky items may require an adjustment to quoted delivery costs.
Most orders are delivered within 2-5 business days of purchase.
Home Fires – The Fan Man will contact the customer if the delivery time frame is expected to be longer than 2-5 business days & give the customer the opportunity to cancel the order.
All orders should include a daytime delivery address and contact details. Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We will gladly refund, credit or exchange all returns within 30 days of purchase, providing item is unused & in original packaging.
Delivery and packaging charges are not refundable unless as a result of our error.
Please inspect goods on arrival. Any damages due to freight must be made in writing within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
There are a number of Australian laws in pertaining to fair trading and privacy including the Trade Practices Act 1974 and the Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988 (with Amendments in 2000).
